North Dakota laws covering optometrists are found in the North Dakota Century Code, Chapter 43-13. Copies of these laws together with the current Rules and Regulations adopted by the North Dakota State Board of Optometry, are available in pamphlet form as published by the North Dakota Board of Optometry.
