Board Composition
The North Dakota State Board of Optometry is comprised of seven members appointed by the governor for a term of five years. Five of the members are licensed optometrists who have an established practice in the state. Two Board members are consumer members. The Board has an Executive Director and is advised by an Attorney appointed by the office of the Attorney General.
